Install GRIME-AI

GRIME-AI is a Windows program for accessing open data, including images. Current functionality includes a download manager for NEON/PhenoCam sites. Image processing and machine workflows are also being developed for use with public data or imagery from your own field sites.

The GRIME-AI download manager module offers quick access to NEON data products, including PhenoCam imagery. 

The GRIME-AI Feature Extraction module allows color analysis and scalar feature calculation for user-selected regions of interest (ROIs) and whole images. 

Modules in development will allow additional image processing, data fusion, and testing and training of machine learning models.

The NEON/PhenoCam download manager module allows quick and easy access to paired imagery and sensor data.

Image triage is the removal of low-information images, such as scenes obscured by fog or ice on the camera lens.

Image processing features in GRIME-AI allow the selection and analysis of regions of interest (ROI) in images.
